Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. 

Courier Standard (2-3 days) & Courier Next Day (1-2 days) Services are available on all orders.

Orders with a value of £12.00 or more will be eligible for FREE Courier Standard (2-3 days) Service. You may upgrade to Courier Next Day (1-2 Days) Service at Checkout for £2.95.

Local Free Delivery is available within a 10 mile radius of DL5 4ES, with a minimum order value of £10.00. 

A Free Click & Collect Service is available on all orders, no minimum order value required.

Click & Collect Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Our Click & Collect site is KANDYWAX, 28 Burdon Close, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 4ES.

Click & Collect hours are Monday to Friday between 4pm & 7pm.
